ReplyDeletePersonally, when I am depressed I don't feel good about myself, physically or mentally. If I am already harder on myself than an average day, the last thing I want to do is have a casual hook up with someone that is not looking to fulfill my needs, but their own sexual desires. Therefore, I believe that it is the casual sex that leaves a void in you and leads to depression, rather than a depressed person going to have casual sex to make them feel better because the chances are casual sex will only make you feel worse.
